Leader: Command the Clan and enforces the warrior code. Calls Clan meeting and speaks at Gatherings. The clan leader has nine lives, given by TimeClan. Leader's names end in 'star'. Speaks to StarClan in times of need.
Deputy: The leader's second-to-command. If the leader dies, the deputy goes to speak with TimeClan to recieve nine lives. Has a name like a warriors. Deputies oraganize patrols and speak for the leader at Gathering if the leader is ill.
Medicine Cat: Responsible for healing cats and deciphering messages from StarClan. Medicine Cats cannot mate, though to a medicine cat the entire Clan is like a family. The Medicine Cat speaks with TimeClan every half-moon.
Medicine Cat Apprentice [MCA]: Learns to heal cats and decipher messages from Starclan with the Medicine Cat's help. Has a name like a regular apprentice. MCA's are not allowed to crush on cats, the entire Clan is like a family.
Elders: The oldest cats of the Clan. They spend their days talking about what it was like when they were apprentices and telling stories to the kits. The leader consults them when trying to make an important decision. Apprentices take care of the elders.
Queens: The pregnant cats of the Clan. Queens mainly stay in their dens and rest, sometimes going out to sun themselves. They suckle their kits after they've had them, and become warriors when their kits turn six moons. Queens have the same name as warriors.
Warriors: Warriors hunt and fight for the Clan. They mentor apprentices, and senior warriors also help the leader make decisions. Warriors usually have names describing their appearance or personality. The beginning of their name is usually a force of nature, color, other animal, etc. The end of their name is either an appendage [leg, legs, claw, tail, face, eye, eyes, nose, etc.], a force of nature [fire, flame, light, wind, breeze, sky, etc.], a natural formation [stream, stone, rock, river, frost, creek, brook, etc.], a word describing their appearance [spot, spots, stripe, etc.] or a natural item [leaf, frost, ice, rose, flower, thunder, etc.]
Apprentice: Apprentices learn from their mentors how to hunt, fight, and track. Apprentices are in charge of taking care of the elders. They are supposed to obey their mentors, and if they don't they are not fed. Apprentices must feed the elders and kits before themselves, the warrior code says.
Kits: Kits are suckled by their mothers until they are six moons. They usually play-fight or tackle balls of moss. They like to pretend that they are warriors, and are usually very anxious to become apprentices.
